A commercial mold inspection is great for peace of mind as a property owner/manager to reduce liability and foster positive landlord tenant relationships.  Protect your property and your tenants by identifying potential issues and conditions that can be corrected before costly remediation methods are required.

Certified mold inspections are common and primarily visual inspections.  Surfaces that cannot be visually inspected may be noted in the report but not inspected.  Inspections are not invasive, the inspector will not move items such as furniture and will not drill holes or use any tools other than sampling equipment.  The inspection has three objectives:
1. Detect the presence of conditions that can lead to mold growth.
2. Detect the presence of mold.
3. Offer measures for mold prevention based on results of the inspection.

If evidence of mold is found, determining the type of mold and concentration can be done through sampling and analytical laboratory testing. Testing will be conducted to an extent approved by the client and a quote for lab testing fees will be agreed upon before conducting such testing.
